The Lonely Mountain's Dwarves by ImLootGoblin

Format: Commander

Commander: Rograkh, Son of Rohgahh and Ardenn, Intrepid Archaeologist

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

This is a hyper-efficient Boros Equipment-Voltron deck built around the Partner pair of Rograkh, Son of Rohgahh and Ardenn, Intrepid Archaeologist. Rograkh costs zero and serves as the ideal carrier, while Ardenn nullifies Equipment costs by attaching everything for free at each combat. The 99 is stacked with redundant Equipment tutors - Steelshaper's Gift, Open the Armory, Fighter Class, Magda, Brazen Outlaw - and a dense draw package centered on Sram, Senior Edificer, Puresteel Paladin, and Giott, King of the Dwarves. Commander damage is the primary kill, delivered through Colossus Hammer, Inquisitor's Flail, Two-Handed Axe, and double-strike pieces. Sunforger functions as a hidden commander, tutoring out of a 16-card toolbox of fetchable white/red instants for protection and removal. A Dwarf-tribal channel - An Unexpected Party // At the Door, Fili the Pathfinder, and the Balin, Loremaster burst-combo - forms a legitimate backup win.
