Emmara, Soul of the Accord is a wide-board tokens deck whose engine is tapping the commander to create lifelinking Soldier tokens, then untapping her through vehicles, auras, and upkeep untap effects to repeat the process. The primary finish is a protected Craterhoof Behemoth overrun; Throne of the God-Pharaoh and Halo Fountain provide secondary, incremental, or alternative wins. Bess, Queen Allenal, Adeline, and Elspeth amplify the token count. The deck has no hidden commander: Emmara is the single engine, and the rest of the list is built around tapping and untapping her. It plays a patient midrange game and can win in one large combat step.
