Atraxa poison by user3028006

Format: Commander

Commander: Atraxa, Praetor’s Voice

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

Atraxa, Praetors' Voice is a four-color proliferate engine built around a poison/infect clock. The deck lands one or two cheap Toxic or Infect creatures early, spreads a poison counter to every opponent, then uses Atraxa and a network of proliferate effects (Inexorable Tide, Evolution Sage, Flux Channeler, Viral Drake, Radstorm) to raise all three players to ten poison simultaneously. Combat opens the game; mass proliferate closes it. Vorinclex doubles the rate of poison accumulation, while Triumph of the Hordes and Blightsteel Colossus offer alternate alpha-strike finishers. No hidden commander exists; the single commander face is the engine, not the finisher.
