The Happy-Go-Lucky Balloon Fella by MemerGeist

Format: Commander

Commander: The Jolly Balloon Man

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

The Jolly Balloon Man is a Boros copy-combo deck built around a cheap, repeatable token engine. Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker is the hidden commander: the 99 contains a near-complete Kiki-Jiki combo suite that Balloon Man simply mirrors from the command zone. The primary plan is to pair Balloon Man with Village Bell-Ringer, Felidar Guardian, Restoration Angel, or Zealous Conscripts to create infinite hasty 1/1 Balloon tokens and attack. Kiki-Jiki, Splinter Twin, and the Twinflame/Dualcaster Mage pair give redundant copies of the same win in the 99. Cheap looting, Skullclamp, and the two Recruiters find the missing pieces, while Impact Tremors and Goblin Bombardment let token entries finish the game directly. The deck wants to deploy the commander early and threaten a kill the following turn.
