Deck overview

This deck is an Orzhov Aristocrats strategy helmed by Teysa Karlov, focused on generating overwhelming incremental advantage and life drain through doubled death triggers. The primary game plan deploys disposable fodder such as Doomed Traveler and Reassembling Skeleton, converts them into resources via free sacrifice outlets like Viscera Seer and Bartolomé del Presidio, and drains opponents using payoffs like Cruel Celebrant and Zulaport Cutthroat. With Teysa Karlov or Drivnod, Carnage Dominus on the battlefield, every creature death triggers double drain, draws double cards through Grim Haruspex, and clears opposing creatures with Grave Pact. While the deck lacks infinite combos and fast mana, it compensates with high functional redundancy across all core roles, potent card flow, and resilient mass recursion via Storm of Souls and Immortal Servitude. It steadily grinds out multiplayer tables while maintaining high life totals through lifelink and drain.
