Eluge, the Shoreless Sea by Sereus

Format: Commander

Commander: Eluge, the Shoreless Sea

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

This mono blue deck is a high power instant speed combo machine helmed by Eluge, the Shoreless Sea. Eluge s flood counter mechanic turns every land into an Island (fueling High Tide and Engulf the Shore) and discounts the first instant/sorcery each turn by {U} per flooded land. The primary win condition is generating infinite mana via Dramatic Reversal + Isochron Scepter, Basalt Monolith + Power Artifact, or Grim Monolith + Power Artifact, then finishing with Walking Ballista, Aetherflux Reservoir, Brain Freeze (storm), or Altar of the Brood (infinite cast triggers). Secondary lines include looping Time Spiral or using Hullbreaker Horror/Tidespout Tyrant bounce locks. The deck relies on a dense tutor suite and free counterspells to assemble and protect its combos, while Eluge s cost reduction smooths early plays and enables huge High Tide turns.
