Deck overview

This is a mono-black aristocrats-combo deck built around Mikaeus, the Unhallowed. Its main route is to cast Mikaeus and Triskelion, then use Triskelion's counters to damage itself twice and return it through undying. The returned creature has three counters again, creating unlimited damage. The deck supports this plan with fast mana, broad tutors, reanimation, sacrifice outlets, card draw, and efficient creature removal. Mikaeus is reliable access to one combo piece, while the main variance is locating and paying for Triskelion. The deck can sometimes assemble earlier through Mana Vault, Dark Ritual, Culling the Weak, or Cabal Ritual, but Turn 6 is a more ordinary estimate. Its main weaknesses are the high combined mana cost, limited protection, lack of stack interaction, and dependence on Mikaeus for its strongest engine. It is a powerful general-purpose combo deck, but its construction does not support a cEDH classification.
