Deck overview

Kilo, Apogee Mind leads an artifact-heavy proliferate deck with a secondary poison plan. The central engine combines Kilo, Apogee Mind with All Will Be One, a counter source such as Prologue to Phyresis, and a way to tap the commander. Proliferating poison counters can then deal damage through All Will Be One. The deck has good artifact access and mana acceleration, including Fabricate, Whir of Invention, Sol Ring, Etherium Sculptor, and Tezzeret the Seeker. Its main weakness is role separation: artifact tutors cannot find All Will Be One, while poison creatures and proliferate effects are not sufficiently redundant to create a dependable table kill. The deck can generate strong board states with Inspirit, Flagship Vessel, Tekuthal, Inquiry Dominus, Cyberdrive Awakener, or Walking Ballista, but these are value or pressure plays rather than a compact win. It is best suited to a slower, thematic multiplayer table.
