Format: Commander

Commander: Kilo, Apogee Mind

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

The deck is a Jeskai proliferate/artifact-planeswalker engine built around Kilo, Apogee Mind. Its primary plan is to tap Kilo as often as possible-through combat, untap auras, and tap-for-mana equipment-converting each tap into a proliferate that grows charge counters, loyalty counters, poison counters, and +1/+1 counters. The main finish is an infinite tap/untap loop with Pemmin's Aura (or Freed from the Real) plus Paradise Mantle or Relic of Legends, fueling Walking Ballista, All Will Be One, or a fully charged Darksteel Reactor. Secondary plans use planeswalker ultimates, extra turns from Magistrate's Scepter and Ichormoon Gauntlet, and poison/vehicle pressure. The deck is an artifact-centric engine with several redundant proliferate enablers.
