Obeka, Upkeep by user8701296

Format: Commander

Commander: Obeka, Splitter of Seconds

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

Obeka, Splitter of Seconds is the engine: once she connects, every point of combat damage adds an extra upkeep step. The deck multiplies those upkeeps into a clock, using Court of Cunning to mill 10 per upkeep, Court of Ire and Ill-Gotten Inheritance to drain, Chronozoa to double its flying token count each round of upkeeps, and suspend cards such as Profane Tutor and Inevitable Betrayal to come off early. Secondary paths are monarch value from Skyline Despot and the Courts, commander damage on a Ring-grown Obeka, and Jhoira of the Ghitu acting as a hidden commander by feeding the same time-counter plan. Protection and evasion keep the engine alive.
