Deck overview

Led by Bilbo, Birthday Celebrant, this deck blends lifegain, Food token generation, and combo finishes in Abzan colors. The primary win condition revolves around pairing Exquisite Blood with drain-on-gain permanents like Dina, Soul Steeper, Marauding Blight-Priest, or Sanguine Bond to instantly drain the table. A dense ramp package of mana dorks and low-cost artifacts ensures consistent deployment 1 to 2 turns ahead of curve. The deck supports this game plan with targeted enchantment tutors, strong draw engines like The Gaffer and Well of Lost Dreams, and efficient spot removal. If the infinite combo is disrupted, the deck pivots to token-based aggression and team-wide buff engines such as Archangel of Thune, Treebeard, Gracious Host, and Night of the Sweets' Revenge. While it lacks stack-based countermagic, its high density of versatile interaction and life-total buffer makes it resilient against aggressive strategies.
