Hey, where'd my deck go? by DaVinciGaming

Format: Commander

Commander: Katara, Waterbending Master

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This is an ultra-all-in mono-blue combo deck built around a single two-card kill: Mana Severance exiling all 85 Islands to shrink the library to just nine spells, then Thassa's Oracle winning off blue devotion. Katara, Waterbending Master is the deck's only repeatable draw engine - attacking with experience counters to dig through the post-Severance library and shrink it below the Oracle's devotion threshold. The deck is effectively "Oops, All Spells" with an Island mana base: 90 lands, nine spells, and one plan. There is no secondary win condition, no protection, and no interaction to speak of - it races to assemble Mana Severance + Thassa's Oracle or loses.
