Deck overview

This is a Dimir graveyard-value deck helmed by Lazav, the Multifarious. The primary game plan revolves around filling your graveyard through mill, discard, and combat triggers, then using Lazav's copying ability to turn him into whatever powerful creature you need. The deck also packs a robust reanimation suite (Geth, Thane of Contracts, Lively Dirge, Pull from Grave, Witch of the Moors) and a heavy interaction package including counterspells, edicts, and spot removal. It wins through incremental combat damage from reanimated or copied threats, with additional reach from drain effects like Defiling Daemogoth and Zulaport Cutthroat. The strategy is flexible, adapts to graveyard contents, and can pivot between aggressive reanimation and controlling the stack.
