Deck overview

Rocco, Street Chef helms a Naya exile-value midrange deck that converts every card played from exile into +1/+1 counters and Food tokens. The plan layers three engines: Rocco's end-step impulse (plus airbending blink-recasts that deliberately feed him), a dense Hobbit/Food package (Samwise Gamgee, Peregrin Took, Rosie Cotton of South Lane, Academy Manufactor), and +1/+1-counter payoffs (Hardened Scales, Doubling Season, Terrasymbiosis, Baylen, the Haymaker). Primary wins are overwhelming combat via enormous countered bodies and token swarms, often capped by Night of the Sweets' Revenge or table-wide drains from Reckless Fireweaver and Quintorius Kand. A compact infinite exists with Basking Broodscale + Rosie Cotton of South Lane. The deck is a kitchen that keeps cooking-value every exile, every Food, every counter-until the table is buried under tokens and stats.
