This is a massive Azorius control and superfriends deck enabled by Whtz, the Bibliophile's rule-breaking no-maximum-deck-size ability and free activated draw (when the starting list hits 200+ cards). Yorion, Sky Nomad sits as companion for repeated flicker value. The core plan is to flood the board with Teferi planeswalkers, proliferate engines, and pillowfort while sculpting into inevitable wins via Battle of Wits, Approach of the Second Sun, extra-turn ultimates, or Psychosis Crawler drains. Tutors, cantrips, and asymmetric draw (plus the commander's free activations) keep the engine humming; Yorion, Brago, King Eternal, and Displacer Kitten reset ETBs and loyalty. The deck plays as a grindy, highly interactive fortress that slowly locks the table then closes with a library-size or emblem win.
