Deck overview

This deck is a Temur Landfall Midrange strategy commanded by Ureni, the Song Unending. The primary game plan revolves around deploying low-cost land-acceleration creatures like Sakura-Tribe Scout, Llanowar Scout, and Budoka Gardener on turns one and two, quickly ramping ahead of curve. On turns four and five, the deck transitions into high-velocity card engines such as Tatyova, Benthic Druid or Aesi, Tyrant of Gyre Strait, converting subsequent land drops into massive card advantage. Reaching eight mana by turn six allows the deck to cast Ureni, dealing massive divided damage to wipe opposing creatures and planeswalkers while establishing a 10/10 flying Dragon with protection from white and black. The deck leverages an extensive suite of ten instant-speed blink spells like Ghostly Flicker and Displace alongside recursion creatures like Eternal Witness to repeatedly trigger Ureni's damage, protect key permanents, and eventually close out the game through overwhelming aerial combat damage.
