Deck overview

This deck is a high-power Esper Token and Aristocrats engine led by Marneus Calgar. It leverages low-cost token generators like Bitterblossom, Charismatic Conqueror, Lotho, Corrupt Shirriff, and Smothering Tithe to trigger Marneus repeatedly on every player's turn, generating overwhelming card advantage. The deck transitions this velocity into game-winning infinite loops using Ashnod's Altar with Training Grounds or Pitiless Plunderer, drawing the full library and draining opponents with Zulaport Cutthroat, Elas il-Kor, Sadistic Pilgrim, or Mirkwood Bats. Supported by a robust suite of free interaction (Force of Will, Fierce Guardianship), tutors, and protective spells like Teferi's Protection and Myrel, Shield of Argive, it couples combo speed with lethal backup token beatdown via Porcelain Gallery and Elesh Norn, Grand Cenobite.
