Hippie Red/Blue UPGRADEEE by Razor3000

Format: Commander

Commander: Rootha, Mastering the Moment

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

Rootha, Mastering the Moment is the single-faced commander and the deck's engine; there is no hidden commander. The plan is to cast one high-mana-value instant or sorcery in the first main phase, then let Rootha's combat trigger make an enormous flying haste Elemental. The deck wins through combat: Rionya, Fire Dancer and Twinflame multiply that token, Muddle can give it myriad, and Furygale Flocking attacks every opponent. Brass's Bounty and Mana Geyser provide the burst mana, while Ovika, Enigma Goliath and Manaform Hellkite are secondary token engines. It is a mid-speed, non-combo spellslinger that leans on a critical turn 7-8 burst to close out the table.
