Deck overview

This is a mono-white legendary/artifact value deck built around Gandalf the White as a force multiplier. The core plan is to load the board with inexpensive legendary creatures and artifact Equipment, then use Gandalf to double every enters- and leaves-the-battlefield trigger those permanents provide. It wins primarily through combat: wide token boards, anthem effects, Equipment, and the double-strike finisher from War of the Last Alliance. There are no infinite combos in the 99; instead, the deck generates overwhelming incremental value from cards like Ori, Plate Stacker, Samwise the Stouthearted, Kili the Resourceful, and Gwaihir, Greatest of the Eagles. A secondary Equipment plan runs through Forge Anew, Eowyn, Lady of Rohan, Mithril Coat, and Anduril, Narsil Reforged. The deck is resilient, grindy, and heavily synergistic, but its lack of general-purpose tutors and stack interaction makes it a fair, powerful board deck rather than a combo deck.
