Deck overview

This deck is a high-velocity Izzet spellslinger storm deck led by Vivi Ornitier, who functions as both a scaling mana battery and a direct-damage win condition in the command zone. The deck operates by establishing early cost reducers and draw engines, casting Vivi on Turn 3, and untapping into a storm sequence on Turn 4–5. By chaining cheap cantrips, rituals, and magecraft triggers from Archmage Emeritus, Harmonic Prodigy, and Veyran, Voice of Duality, Vivi rapidly accumulates +1/+1 counters and generates explosive bursts of mana via its {0} activated ability. Graveyard recursion cards like Past in Flames and Mizzix's Mastery enable massive storm counts that burn all opponents simultaneously through Vivi's innate damage triggers and Fiery Inscription. Backed by dense 1-mana interaction and protective hexproof spells, the deck executes a resilient, non-infinite same-turn table kill.
