Commander: Anti-Venom, Horrifying Healer

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

Anti-Venom, Horrifying Healer is a mono-white equipment voltron commander with a damage-redirection twist. The primary plan is to cast the 5-mana commander, suit him up with a dense equipment suite (Colossus Hammer, Fireshrieker, Shadowspear, Whispersilk Cloak), and use Pariah or Pariah's Shield to redirect all incoming damage to him, turning every hit into +1/+1 counters. The commander's cast trigger also returns a creature from the graveyard, giving the deck a recursion angle. A secondary win line is Stuffy Doll plus Pariah/Pariah's Shield, which redirects damage to the doll and then to a chosen opponent. The deck is slow but resilient, with mass recursion in Brilliant Restoration and Open the Vaults to rebuild after wipes.
