Venomous Elves by user8843112

Commander: High Perfect Morcant

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

High Perfect Morcant is a Golgari Elf-token engine that uses every Elf entry to force -1/-1 counters onto opponents' creatures, clearing blockers and fueling Flourishing Defenses into more tokens. The primary plan is to ramp into Morcant, build a wide Elf board with Dwynen's Elite, Imperious Perfect, and Hunting Triad, then alpha-strike under pump effects or proliferate poison/infect counters. The commander is the hub of the -1/-1 and proliferate subthemes, but the deck can still function as ordinary Elf tribal if it is removed. There is no hidden commander; support legends like Nadier only accelerate the main plan. Caress of Phyrexia and infect creatures give an alternate poison path, though it is not the fastest line.
