True Blood by FludDiceGoblin

Format: Commander

Commander: Edgar Markov

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

Edgar Markov is a token-army commander who turns every Vampire spell into a free 1/1. The deck's primary plan is to cast Edgar by turn 3-4, flood the board with cheap Vampires, and finish with either a wide Shared Animosity/Cathars' Crusade swing or a compact life-drain combo. The secondary plan is to tutor for Bloodthirsty Conqueror plus Marauding Blight-Priest or Exquisite Blood plus Sanguine Bond; one point of combat damage then becomes an infinite drain. Card advantage comes from Necropotence, Bolas's Citadel, and The One Ring. The hidden Ojer Taq front face triples the Eminence tokens, while back-face Temple of Civilization is a mana-fixing fallback.
