Bria, Otters with Prowess by user4123377

Format: Commander

Commander: Bria, Riptide Rogue

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This Izzet spell-slinger deck is built around Bria, Riptide Rogue as a global prowess anthem and unblockable enabler. The primary plan is to chain cheap instants and sorceries to pump Bria and a growing token army while Guttersnipe, Fiery Inscription, Coruscation Mage, and Longshot turn every spell into damage. Kitsa, Otterball Elite acts as a hidden secondary commander, copying key spells for extra triggers. Recursion via Past in Flames, Mizzix's Mastery, and Daring Waverider fuels a big one-turn push. Bria has a single face, but the deck clearly uses her as the central combat and trigger engine rather than any alternate face.
