Deck overview

This Simic lands deck is led by Omo, Queen of Vesuva, utilizing everything counters to turn ordinary lands into multi-mana powerhouses like Cloudpost, Urza's Tower, and Simic Guildgate. The primary strategy focuses on deploying Omo on turn 3, attacking on turn 4 to spread counters, and using land tutors such as Crop Rotation, Expedition Map, and Hour of Promise to assemble high-yield mana engines. This mana surplus fuels massive landfall threats including Avenger of Zendikar, Scute Swarm, and Hydra Broodmaster, alongside the Thespian's Stage and Dark Depths synergy for an indestructible 20/20 Marit Lage. The deck features resilient engine recovery because everything counters persist on lands even through creature sweepers. However, it relies heavily on creature combat across multiple turns to eliminate the table and carries limited instant-speed stack protection, making well-timed board wipes its primary operational hurdle.
