Commander: Loki, the Deceiver

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Loki, the Deceiver leads a Grixis combat and clone deck that leverages high-impact Villain creatures to overwhelm opponents. The strategy revolves around deploying disruptive Villains, casting Loki, and attacking to create temporary token copies of those Villains tapped and attacking. By coupling combat damage card advantage with end-step exiling engines like Sundial of the Infinite and Obeka, Brute Chronologist, you can bypass the sacrifice triggers and permanently keep your attacking tokens. The deck secures victory by chaining mass copy spells like Nanogene Conversion or Multiversal Incursion, generating wide evasive clone armies, and draining life totals through repeated Villain combat damage.
