Deck overview

This Gruul deck is an explosive Dragon-centric combo and burn strategy led by Ganax, Astral Hunter and Master Chef. The primary game plan focuses on deploying early mana acceleration through low-cost mana dorks and artifacts, landing Ganax on Turn 4, and executing a deterministic infinite creature and damage combo on Turn 5. The centerpiece interaction pairs Ganax with Draconic Visitor: whenever a Dragon enters, Ganax attempts to create a Treasure token, which Draconic Visitor replaces with a 5/5 flying Dragon creature token. This generates an infinite sequence of entering Dragons. Supported by eight interchangeable burn outlets such as Dragon Tempest, Purphoros, God of the Forge, Impact Tremors, and Terror of the Peaks, this loop deals infinite damage to all opponents in a single turn without passing priority. The deck features redundant creature tutors like Chord of Calling, Eldritch Evolution, and Tooth and Nail, alongside a backup infinite loop with Jeska's Will and Reiterate.
