Deck overview

This deck is a high-velocity Jeskai aggro engine helmed by Arthur, Marigold Knight. By leveraging a specialized catch-up ramp package—including Knight of the White Orchid, Sand Scout, Claim Jumper, and bounce/depletion lands—it reliably casts Arthur on turn 4. Because Arthur has haste, he attacks immediately alongside an earlier low-drop creature to dig six cards deep and cheat colossal threats like Ancient Copper Dragon, Terror of the Peaks, Moonshaker Cavalry, and Aurelia, the Warleader directly into combat tapped and attacking. At end of combat, the cheated creature bounces back to hand, generating recurring card advantage and ETB value. Strong free and low-cost protection spells such as Flare of Fortitude, Everybody Lives!, and Ephemerate defend the board against removal, while backup enablers like Sneak Attack ensure the deck applies relentless combat pressure even if the commander is removed.
