Deck overview

This is an Izzet Wizard-spellslinger deck built around Vivi Ornitier as a growing mana battery and a table-wide clock. Every noncreature spell she casts puts a +1/+1 counter on Vivi and deals 1 damage to each opponent, and once per turn she converts her power into blue/red mana - turning a chain of cheap instants and sorceries into an explosive mid-game burst. The primary plan is to out-draw the table, control the board with cheap counters and near-one-sided wipes, then close with one of three finishers: the deterministic Niv-Mizzet, Parun + Curiosity/Tandem Lookout loop, a stormed Grapeshot, or a mana-dumped Traumatic Critique/Fireball. Wizard synergies - Goblin Electromancer discounts, Wizard's Retort, Wizard's Lightning, Melek, Izzet Paragon top-deck copying - define the shell. This is an un-tuned first draft: zero tutors, 40 lands, no free interaction, and all wins are draw-dependent.
