Deck overview

The Scarlet Witch commands a mono-red spellslinger storm deck designed to abuse her cost-reduction ability on instants and sorceries with mana value 4 or greater. At her baseline power of 2, she reduces heavy spells by two generic mana, transforming expensive draw-and-treasure spells like Big Score and Unexpected Windfall into net-neutral or mana-positive velocity engines. The primary game plan seeks to deploy the commander on Turn 3, set up mana-generating Treasures and spell engines on Turn 4, and erupt on Turn 5. During the critical storm turn, the deck leverages mass mana generators like Mana Geyser and Jeska's Will alongside graveyard enablers like Will of the Jeskai and Past in Flames. The table is eliminated in a single turn cycle using massive burn finishers like Crackle with Power or dense pinger triggers from Guttersnipe and Fiery Inscription. While the deck features explosive same-turn lethality, its mono-red construction lacks proactive stax pieces and relies heavily on commander survival.
