Deck overview

This Sultai deck blends mill, reanimation, and combo strategies under The Mimeoplasm. Its primary path to victory is a compact two-card infinite combo between Duskmantle Guildmage and Mindcrank. Activating Guildmage's ability causes every card put into an opponent's graveyard to drain one life, while Mindcrank converts every point of life lost into more milled cards. This creates an unstoppable loop that empties libraries and reduces life totals to zero in a single turn. The deck accelerates with ten cheap mana rocks and dorks, smoothly setting up its engine by Turn 4. Powerful draw engines like Rhystic Study and The One Ring maintain a steady stream of resources. When the primary combo is disrupted, the deck pivots seamlessly into reanimation lines, using Reanimate, Animate Dead, and The Mimeoplasm to steal massive threats from any graveyard or executing alternate win conditions like Bruvac the Grandiloquent paired with a kicked Maddening Cacophony.
