dwarves by oaksi

Format: Commander

Commander: Dáin of the Ancient Halls

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

A Boros Dwarf-Equipment hybrid built to turn a wide board of Dwarves into repeated attack-trigger damage. Dain of the Ancient Halls is the finisher: because he has haste, every attack after development deals damage equal to the number of Dwarves you control, and the deck layers that with equipment, anthems, and double-strike effects. The secondary plan is an Equipment-voltron package with Bruenor Battlehammer, Reyav Master Smith, and Dain Ironfoot, while Magda, Brazen Outlaw acts as a hidden tutor/treasure engine. There is no true hidden commander, but Magda, Sram, Kili, and Gleaming Splendor provide the card flow and mana needed to reach the token-wave kill.
