Deck overview

Edward Kenway leads a Grixis pirate/vehicle value deck that attacks early to stockpile Treasures and exile opponents' libraries. The primary plan fuels Edward's end-step Treasure trigger with tapped Assassins, Pirates, and Vehicles, then spends that mana on large Vehicles-especially Reaver Titan-while stealing extra cards through attack-trigger exile effects. Secondary paths lean on artifact-heavy synergies: Chandra, Spark Hunter gives Vehicles haste, Storm the Vault turns artifacts into mana, and Shao Jun pings every opponent. The commander is the engine but not the only ramp source; Breeches, Malcolm, and Captain Lannery keep the machine running even if Edward is answered. The deck is resilient in value but lacks a compact fast combo.
