Deck overview

This deck is a focused Boros Dwarf-tribal and Treasure-aggro strategy commanded by Thorin, King of Durin's Folk. The game plan curves efficient early Dwarves and artifact ramp into a Turn 4 Thorin deployment. Every subsequent Dwarf generates Treasure tokens, which simultaneously ramp mana and pump all other Dwarves via Thorin's scaling static anthem. By Turn 5, the deck presents critical combat pressure with wide, high-power attacks backed by evasion and double-strike enablers such as Akroma's Will and Reyav, Master Smith. While reliant on combat damage and vulnerable to board wipes, the list incorporates premier free and low-cost protection spells like Flawless Maneuver, Flare of Fortitude, and Teferi's Protection. Alternative win conditions like Magda, Brazen Outlaw fetching massive Dragons ensure high resilience and fast recovery even when the primary tribal engine is contested.
