Monica Rambeau by Growlmar

Format: Commander

Commander: Monica Rambeau // Photon, Living Light

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This Boros spellslinger deck focuses on cast triggers, token production, and wide combat damage. Monica Rambeau enters early as an aggressive prowess flyer, but the deck aims to transform her into Photon, Living Light. In her back face, every noncreature spell permanently grows the entire team with plus-one-plus-one counters. The deck generates wide boards through token producers like Monastery Mentor and Hop to It, then chains low-cost instants, sorceries, and cantripping interaction to rapidly scale power. The primary path to victory is overwhelming opponents with high-power wide attacks supported by tempo disruption, tap effects, and noncreature burn triggers.
