Marvo is the engine: the deck spends early turns stacking its library with Ponder, Brainstorm, Soothsaying, and Fortune Teller's Talent, so each Clash is tilted toward winning. A won Clash free-casts a mana-value-8-or-less spell, usually a huge sea monster or value spell. The secondary path is a compact Thassa's Oracle + Demonic Consultation kill, with Fortune Teller's Talent Level 3 plus Sensei's Divining Top as a draw-the-library enabler. The closest hidden commander is Runo Stromkirk, whose Krothuss back copies attacking Krakens/Leviathans/Octopuses/Serpents and can deliver a one-turn swarm. The deck is a top-deck-manipulation combo-toolbox rather than a pure control deck; it can pivot from free-cast beatdown to Oracle combo on the same turn.
