Deck overview

This deck is an aggressive Abzan tribal strategy built around 25 copies of Rat Colony. It accelerates mana during the first two turns using green land ramp spells like Farseek and Nature's Lore, then rapidly floods the battlefield with Rats. Because each Rat Colony increases the power of all other Rats, the deck creates massive combat pressure by turn 5. High-impact tribal payoffs like Ashcoat of the Shadow Swarm, Marrow-Gnawer, and Karumonix, the Rat King provide explosive stat boosts and continuous card advantage. Mass recursion spells like Echoing Return and Bloodbond March allow the deck to quickly rebuild its board after opposing sweepers. While the deck possesses immense combat lethality and resilient recovery, it runs almost no interactive spells or protective countermagic, leaving it vulnerable to fast combo decks and well-timed removal.
