Hope Estheim is a W/U lifegain-mill hybrid. The primary plan is to bank life through Soul Warden/Haliya/Suture Priest triggers and lifegain amplifiers, then convert that life into a large end-step mill off Hope. Secondary paths are one-shot mass mill (Bruvac + Maddening Cacophony, Fractured Sanity, Tasha's Hideous Laughter) and Commander-independent alt-wins (Felidar Sovereign, Aetherflux Reservoir, Approach of the Second Sun). Heliod, Sun-Crowned acts as a hidden commander, turning each life gain into +1/+1 counters, while the tax enchantments slow combat. There is no double-faced commander; Hope is the only face the deck is built around. The list is proactive but methodical, with instant-speed interaction and a deliberate two-color mana base.
