Deck overview

Led by Lyra, Archangel of Dawn, this mono-white tribal deck converts lifegain triggers into overwhelming aerial combat power. The primary plan curves cheap lifegain permanents like Soul Warden and Bishop of Wings into cost-effective Angels, casting Lyra on Turn 3 to immediately start distributing +1/+1 counters across the board. By Turn 5, high-impact payoffs such as Righteous Valkyrie, Archangel of Thune, and Roaming Throne expand your flyers into massive, lifelinking threats that deal lethal combat damage across two attack rotations, aiming to eliminate the table by Turn 7. The deck generates strong self-sustaining life totals, giving it resilience against opposing aggro while leveraging Aetherflux Reservoir and The Book of Exalted Deeds as alternate win and defense conditions. Its main challenges stem from limited card-draw throughput and vulnerability to mass exile or bounce board wipes.
