Deck overview

Jeskai artifact-counter deck. The primary plan is to spam cheap artifact creatures and cost reducers, drawing through Jhoira, Sai, and Thopter Spy Network while building charge counters. The commander, Inspirit, Flagship Vessel, acts as a floating shield: once it has 8+ charge counters it grants flying and gives the artifact team hexproof and indestructible, and its combat trigger spreads extra counters. Kilo, Apogee Mind is the hidden commander, with its tap-proliferate engine working with untappers to multiply counters. The principal finish is moving 20 counters from Dawnsire, Sunstar Dreadnought onto Darksteel Reactor via Resourceful Defense; Lux Artillery plus large artifact attackers is the backup.
