Format: Commander

Commander: Bruce Banner // The Incredible Hulk

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This is a Temur +1/+1 counters / Heroes tribal / extra-combat deck helmed by the transforming Bruce Banner // The Incredible Hulk. The front face is a cheap command-zone draw engine - {X}{X}, {T}: Draw X cards - while the back face is an 8/8 trampler whose enrage, when damaged while attacking, untaps it and grants an additional combat phase. The deck wins primarily through combat: transforming into the Hulk and chaining extra combats with damage spells like Brotherhood's End and Jennika's Technique, or beating down with oversized threats like Krang, Utrom Warlord, Groundchuck & Dirtbag, and Leatherhead, Iron Gator backed by counter synergy from Michelangelo, Weirdness to 11, Doc Samson, Super Psychiatrist, and Ant-Man, Colony Commander. Secondary lines include a wide token swarm from Ant-Man and Michelangelo, Mutant BFF and a fast clock from Krang's flying, trampling, indestructible body.
