Deck overview

This deck is a high-velocity Rakdos Spellslinger Storm deck helmed by Black Waltz No. 3. The game plan revolves around accelerating mana early with fast artifacts and rituals, casting the commander, and executing a single explosive turn where 15 to 20 noncreature spells are cast in rapid succession. Each noncreature spell triggers Black Waltz No. 3 to deal 2 damage to every opponent, burning the entire table out simultaneously. Amplifiers like Harmonic Prodigy and Artist's Talent double or augment this burn output. The deck utilizes massive refill spells like Wheel of Fortune and Peer into the Abyss, alongside graveyard engines such as Past in Flames and Yawgmoth's Will, to sustain spell momentum. Defensive redirection spells like Deflecting Swat protect the combo turn, while redundant creatures like Guttersnipe ensure the deck can win even without its commander.
