Deck overview

This mono-black aristocrats and combo deck uses Yawgmoth, Thran Physician as a continuous card engine and board control piece. The primary game plan develops recurring creature fodder to fuel Yawgmoths sacrifice ability, drawing into explosive mana generators and drain outlets. The deck wins by assembling infinite sacrifice loops using undying creatures such as Butcher Ghoul and Geralfs Messenger with Yawgmoth, generating infinite mana and sacrifices via Gravecrawler and Phyrexian Altar, or looping 1/1 tokens with Nest of Scarabs and Blowfly Infestation. Redundant blood artist effects rapidly drain the table as these loops resolve.
