Gray Panther by ashlingtest

Format: Commander

Commander: T'Challa, the Black Panther

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

T'Challa, the Black Panther leads a midrange artifact deck that converts high-cost artifacts into explosive ramp and massive combat threats. Casting T'Challa early establishes an engine of indestructible Vibranium tokens that tap for colorless artifact mana. Casting artifacts with mana value four or greater places counters on T'Challa, rapidly creating a lethal Voltron attacker. The deck controls the tempo of the table using symmetrical lock pieces like Winter Orb, Lodestone Golem, and Damping Sphere, easily breaking parity through its artifact mana pool. Victory is achieved through lethal commander damage, scaling artifact beaters like Bronze Guardian, or casting Overwhelming Stampede to overrun the table.
