Deck overview

Glarb, Calamity's Augur leads a Sultai landfall/graveyard value deck built around seeing the top of the library and playing the game from zones other than the hand. Glarb's Surveil ability sets up its own play-from-top effect, letting the deck chain lands and mana-value-4-or-greater spells while the 99 churns through extra land drops (Azusa, Lost but Seeking, Exploration, Dryad of the Ilysian Grove) and landfall payoffs like Scute Swarm, Tireless Provisioner, and Mole Man, Moloid Master. Self-mill fills the graveyard for Lumra, Bellow of the Woods, Muldrotha, the Gravetide, Meren of Clan Nel Toth, Living Death, and Rise of the Dark Realms. Wins arrive through a Craterhoof Behemoth-style combat alpha, Phenax, God of Deception/Altar of Dementia milling, or the Out of the Tombs + Doctor Doom, Unrivaled/Jace, Wielder of Mysteries self-mill win. There are no compact infinite combos; the deck grinds to inevitability rather than winning out of nowhere.
