SHORIKAI 1.1 by bonniewankenobi

Format: Commander

Commander: Shorikai, Genesis Engine

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

Shorikai, Genesis Engine commands an Azorius artifact control and combo strategy designed to stall opponents while assembling game-ending loops. Shorikai provides steady card advantage, hand sculpting, and blocker generation from the command zone. The primary game plan revolves around generating infinite untaps and mana by imprinting Dramatic Reversal onto Isochron Scepter alongside nonland mana sources. This allows you to draw your entire library with Shorikai or Sensei's Divining Top, ultimately winning through Jace, Wielder of Mysteries, Psychosis Crawler life drain, or Aetherflux Reservoir. Robust stax elements and extensive countermagic ensure control of the board until combo execution is secure.
