New Untitled Deck

Format: Commander

Commander: Gargos, Vicious Watcher

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

Gargos, Vicious Watcher leads a mono-green Hydra swarm that uses his {4} cost reduction to turn modest amounts of mana into enormous X-spell creatures. The deck ramps heavily to cast Gargos early, then layers counter-doubling effects such as Branching Evolution and The Earth Crystal to make hydras that can one-shot opponents. Gargos also acts as a fight-based removal engine whenever your creatures become spell targets. The primary plan is explosive combat damage, with Hydra Omnivore able to spread lethal damage across all opponents. There are no infinite combos; the deck wins by overwhelming the table with trampling hydras.
