Angel's Blood budget by dodgeboy426

Format: Commander

Commander: Shilgengar, Sire of Famine

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Shilgengar, Sire of Famine leads an Orzhov Angels deck centered on generating Blood tokens through sacrifice to fuel a one-turn mass reanimation finisher. The deck leverages the Angel creature type for lifegain, token creation, and cost reduction while accumulating Blood tokens via sacrifice outlets, death triggers, and dedicated enablers. The primary win condition is activating Shilgengar's ability to return all creature cards from the graveyard to the battlefield, then attacking with a reinforced Angel army. Secondary wins come through incremental Angel beatdown with anthem effects, Syr Konrad, the Grim drain, and value from Glass-Cast Heart or Court of Grace. The commander's reanimation ability doubles as a board-wipe recovery tool, but the deck is otherwise a fair midrange strategy that relies on combat damage rather than infinite combos.
