Deck overview

This deck is a Temur Dragon tribal stompy deck led by Ureni of the Unwritten. The strategy focuses on accelerating mana rapidly in the early turns using two- and three-mana ramp spells, cost reducers, and rituals. On Turn 5, the deck casts Ureni, immediately triggering its ability to search the top eight cards and put a massive Dragon onto the battlefield for free. The high density of 28 Dragons ensures reliable hits. Threats like Atarka, World Render, Terror of the Peaks, and Old Gnawbone create immediate board pressure. The deck protects its board using low-cost interaction like Rhythm of the Wild, Bolt Bend, and Slip Out the Back. It finishes games over two combat rotations through overwhelming aerial damage, double strike, and extra combat steps, or through an infinite combat loop with Hellkite Charger and Old Gnawbone. Board resets like Raise the Palisade clear opposing blockers.
