Deck overview

This deck is a mono-black Zombie tribal midrange deck commanded by Gisa, the Hellraiser. The primary strategy focuses on deploying Gisa on Turn 4, then triggering repeatable crimes each turn cycle through cards like Codex Shredder, Withered Wretch, and targeted removal spells. Each crime generates two 2/2 Zombie Rogues that receive +1/+1 and menace from Gisa's static ability. The deck transitions into a threatening board presence by Turn 6, stacking tribal lords like Death Baron and Cemetery Reaper to attack across evasive menace lanes. Life drain from Gray Merchant of Asphodel and Gempalm Polluter helps finish damaged opponents by Turn 8. While the deck boasts efficient creature removal and steady card advantage engines, its primary vulnerabilities lie in a lack of artifact interaction and high exposure to mass creature board wipes.
